OUR VENUES

WE DO NOT HOST EVENTS IN MOTELS, HOTELS or TIME SHARES & we do not host events in tiny apartments, restrictive short-term rentals, inside of civilian businesses, roof-tops or by squatting on open spaces with out-door tents for obvious privacy, legal + safety reasons.

The privacy & safety of our members, models & staff is paramount. Hosting events in hotels, tiny apartments, short-term rentals, inside civilian businesses or tents in empty spaces is very risky and very irresponsible.

Chargebacks damage our reputation with credit card processors leading to higher rates and higher prices for you and fellow members.

Members are also entitled to nominate our #SOL3SIST3RS for our Foot-Fetish Awards during award season in Feb of every year.

Members will receive email updates from SOL3MAT3S with information about membership dues, upcoming events, rules, and other relevant information on a regular basis.

The dress code will be strictly enforced --Full dress code details per regional + seasonal events will be provided in the guest / model confirmations, please read them entirely.

Our security personnel & sign-in staff at the entrance will make the final determination to allow models and guests into any venue we have our events at, based on whether they are compliant with our dress code.

Do we have COVID19 Health & Safety protocols in place?

Of course we do!

It's all based on what federal / state law & local ordinances permit us to do. As of June 15, 2021 the state of California reopened all businesses and based on the orders from the CA Governor's office we are no longer required to take thermal temperature scans of any persons that are admitted into our events

Furthermore per the state of CA; persons who are not fully inoculated against the corona virus / covid19 must wear masks while attending our events and must maintain a safe distance of 6 feet when not in session. Some counties in CA have stricter rules than the state, do your due diligence with a simple online search to learn about each counties health and safety rules.

ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST PRESENT their CDC proof of covid19 inoculation record card upon arrival to their very first KlubThirty3 + #SOL3MAT3S event so we can photocopy it along with a valid state issued ID / DL

Only one on one sessions are allowed. While covid19 is still in pandemic status; group sessions with multiple models are strictly forbidden. All persons must sign medical waivers assuming the risks posed by the COVID19 pandemic.

All members and models must use our alcohol based sanitizers in between sessions first, and 2nd use witch hazel spray to ensure that all bacteria and virus are properly eliminated from the skin to ensure proper health and safety

Any person that refuses to abide by our COVID19 protocols will not be admitted into our events / venues and will be asked to leave the premises. -NO EXCEPTIONS!

Covid19 protocols are fluid and ever evolving. We will continue to comply with Federal, State, & Local municipal rules to do our part to protect our members, models, and staff in the regions that are allowed to re-open.

All live-action model applications and information pertaining to our models is stored in an offline server to prevent unauthorized access.

SOL3MAT3S regional event guest lists are never shared with anyone outside of the staff that is authorized to have this information.

Without valid legal cause we would never consider divulging any information to anyone; so per the advice of counsel, should any law enforcement or govt agents demand any information we would deny access until a valid subpoena or valid court order is actually served to our listed agent of process or attorney of record.

Unlike other organizations we will never be suckered into being part of any dumbass comedies or any other mainstream shows that are not part of the adult entertainment industry. If you want to be goofed on & looked down on for your fetish & / or personally exposed on cable T.V. shows; KOMPROMISE ELSEWHERE because we don't engage in marginal BULLSH!T that can negatively impact our close-knit Foot-Fetish Kommunity

The drama caused by incompetent, drunken event hosts, their marginal staff +their legion of opportunistic models; which became commonplace at other organizations, is NOT something you'll ever experience at SOL3MAT3S regional events.

Security will always be ready to handle anything should it be needed to protect person or property during our events and will always be available to observe and report should the need arise to involve local law enforcement.
